Mike Pence (R-IN) this week will introduce a resolution: 1) expressing congressional support for Israel to construct a security fence in order to reduce terrorist attacks; and 2) condemning the United Nations General Assembly for requesting the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to render an opinion on the legal consequences of the fence. The ICJ commences hearings February 23rd on the legality of Israel's security fence and is expected to release a decision by late March.
